Our Journey

In 2018, we started the business with a truck and a couple trailers. The idea was to provide customers that we had relationships over the years with quality service at fair rates. During these past 6+ years Trucking Proz merged and partnered up with the Wellington Group of Companies. Today we are in excess of 75 trucks and growing with our customers.

Leadership recognized that in order to grow and chase the dreams of building a truckload carrier this partnership made allot of sense. Having an awesome partner and the resources that Wellington brings to North America is amazing. The group of companies is very diverse in the sense that we have divisions in warehousing, brokerage, local P&D, LTL, Intermodal, Air & ocean and of course asset-based fleets.

Our mission is to be an elite transportation company in North America and provide our team members, customers and vendors the best possible experience in the industry. We are a relationship driven company and highly focused on our values and a path to #Destination500.

CDL-A Truck Drivers – join our family! In our OTR & Midwest Regional divisions our drivers pull 53' DV & Reefers. We have excellent trucks and trailers. Most of our equipment is under 2.5 years old. For most of our OTR driving positions our drivers stay out 10-14 days. Our Midwest Regional driver vary from 5-8 days out depending on location and lane assignment. 

We have a number of dedicated opportunities for customers that we have long standing relationships. We continue to build our dedicated operations with customers. Today about 30% of our fleet is in the dedicated space and we have a goal to be at 70% by the end of 2025
